General Sales Conditions
(hereinafter referred to as GSC)
These terms and conditions govern the offer, forwarding and acceptance of purchase orders for products exclusively present on the website www.ricambilavanderia.it of the company called Techno Service Srl, VAT number 07244880964, Fiscal Code 07244880964, with registered office in Meda (MB), Via Pordenone n. 21, registered in the Register of Companies of Monza and Brianza, number REA MI-1874917, Tel. +39 0362 687591 – Fax +39 0362 650217, e-mail address email@example.com and PEC firstname.lastname@example.org (hereinafter also referred to as the Company). Access to and browsing the website allow the user to send an order that implies full acceptance of these General Sales Conditions and of the data protection policies adopted by the website, including the consent regarding the Privacy (Legislative Decree No. 193/2003 and subsequent amendments). These general sales conditions apply only to products on the website www.ricambilavanderia.it, as well as to the online purchase methods. Before accessing the supplied products, the user is obliged to read these GSC, which are available for downloading and printing, together with a copy of the purchase form. In any case, the company reserves the right to modify the purchase models unilaterally and without notice. For the execution of purchase orders on the website www.ricambilavanderia.it, the user must proceed to registration, must follow the instructions on the website and provide his data correctly and truthfully, with the consequent exclusive responsibility of the user in case of indication of wrong, false or untrue data. In case of variation of his own data, the user will have to give immediate communication to the Company, using his own profile. On the occasion of the first request for profile activation by the user, the company Techno Service S.r.l. will give him a “user name” and a “password”: such identification data, which the user undertakes to keep secret and not to transfer, even temporarily, to third parties, constitute the system for validating the user access to the services and to the website www.ricambilavanderia.it and the only suitable means to attribute to the user the acts performed through such access, which will have binding force towards it. The user (hereinafter referred to as “the customer”) who intends to conclude the purchase contract must first fill out the order form, which contains the reference to the GSC, the type of product (for example, brand, series, model), the price including VAT, the chosen methods of payment, the terms of delivery of the purchased products and the relative shipping costs, the conditions for the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the procedures and times for the possible return of the purchased products. Before concluding the contract, the user must also confirm the reading of the GSC, of the information concerning the right of withdrawal and the processing of personal data. The buyer will be obliged to pay the price from the moment the online order submission procedure is completed. This will happen by clicking on the “Accept and Pay” box at the end of the procedure.
Conclusion of the contract and delivery of products
Every order placed on the website www.ricambilavanderia.it implies the conclusion of a contract of sale in Italian between the buyer and Techno Service S.r.l. By clicking on the “Place order” box, the user places a binding order relating to the items contained in the virtual shopping cart. Once the order has been sent, the Company will send the customer an e-mail confirming the order.
The purchase contract is concluded between Techno Service S.r.l. and the customer when the latter receives the order confirmation. The availability of the products refers to the actual availability at the time the user places the order. This availability must however be considered as purely indicative, given that, due to the possible simultaneous presence on the website of several users or due to causes not attributable to the company, the products could be sold to others before confirming the order. In the hypothesis in which, following the sending of the confirmation email, there were cases of partial or total unavailability of the goods, the Company will immediately inform the user, proposing a twofold option: a) rectification of the order with consequent cancellation of the same and refund of any amount already paid for the purchase; b) maintenance of the order and communication of variation of the delivery time of the purchased product. The user will be required to respond to the communication within 3 days after sending, indicating the chosen option. The Techno Service S.r.l. does not assume responsibility for having to search for and find non-available products from other sources.
The website indicates the price of each product, definitive and not inclusive of VAT, which the customer undertakes to pay according to the chosen terms of payment. Once the products have been selected, they will be added to the virtual shopping cart. The customer will be required to follow the instructions for the purchase and to enter or verify the information requested at each stage of the process. In the cart the customer will see the amount with the addition of VAT and transport costs. The order details can be changed before payment.
Terms and methods of payment.
The customer can make the payment of the selected products according to the following methods:
a) Bank Transfer: the user can choose this option by typing in the related box.
The Company will provide all the bank details necessary to make the payment. As soon as the amount has been credited (as a rule, 2/4 working days), the Company will dispatch the purchased products. The customer must indicate in the reason for the transfer the order number related to the product purchased. b)Credit card: the user can choose this option by typing in the related box. In this case, the Company will arrange the shipment within the working day following the payment or the same day in case of order placed before the requested times. Techno Service S.r.l. specifies to use the XPay circuits and Nexi platform, which, thanks to the relevant control systems, guarantee the highest levels of security. XPay accepts payments on the international circuits VISA, Visa Electron, V-Pay, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and Diners.
c) On delivery: the user can choose this option by typing in the related box. In this case, the payment will be € 8.00 higher for cash on delivery. The shipment will be made based on the availability of the product, payment will be delivered to the courier in cash or by bank check prior authorization of the sales department. In any case, the customer agrees to receive invoices and credit notes exclusively in electronic format at the address indicated at the time of registration. If requested by the customer, the company will send a paper copy of the same invoice to the address used for shipping with a surcharge of € 2.50 for administrative costs.
Terms and methods of delivery.
Techno Service S.r.l. ships throughout Italy by express couriers. Ordered items are normally delivered in 2/3 working days. Once the order has been processed, the customer will receive an e-mail message indicating the courier and the shipping number, in order to be able to track the order and check the delivery status. In case of problems or doubts about the delivery times, the customer can contact the Company at the e-mail address: email@example.com or by phone at the number written in the e-mail received after the order. In case the material in storage at the courier’s warehouse because of repeated inability to deliver to the address indicated by the customer when ordering is not collected within 5 working days the order will be automatically canceled. The shipping and return costs will be charged to the customer and will be calculated according to the courier and the delivery area. Anyway, Techno Service S.r.l. points out that the times written above are the ones indicated by the courier and therefore do not represent a contractual obligation.
Any delays in the delivery of the purchased products imputable to the courier or to strikes, natural disasters, accidents or deliveries to disadvantaged areas, will in no way be ascribable to the Company. Shipping costs are charged to the customer. Unless explicitly indicated, the delivery refers to the street level.
Pick up of the goods.
At the time of delivery of the goods, the customer is required to check that:
– the number of packages delivered corresponds to the one indicated in the shipping documents;
– the packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet or otherwise altered, even in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).
In case the customer should ascertain damage to the packaging and / or the product and / or a wrong number of packages, this event must immediately be reported, by writing ” SUBJECT TO CONTROL” on the courier’s delivery document and by sending equal communication to the Company.
By signing the courier’s document of delivery, the customer cannot make any objection about the appearance of what was delivered.
Any problems related to the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported by the customer within 14 days after delivery, by mail or by fax or by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or by PEC.
Passing of risk.
No responsibility can be attributed to Techno Service S.r.l. in case of damages caused by the transport.
In accordance with the provisions in force, the customer has the right to withdraw from any order regarding the products purchased on the website www.ricambilavanderia.it, without giving any reason, simply returning the purchased products within 14 days from the delivery. If the customer intends to return the purchased products, he will have to contact our Customer Service by phone at the number +39 0362 687591 or by sending a communication by e-mail to the following address firstname.lastname@example.org or by PEC email@example.com or by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt at the following address Techno Service S.r.l., Via Pordenone, 21 – Meda (MB), filling in any case the relative form on the website (item “withdrawal form”). Once this form has been received, Techno Service S.r.l. will provide the customer with all the necessary instructions. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day when the customer (or the third party indicated by the customer as the recipient of the delivery) acquires the physical possession of the purchased product. In case of purchase orders for multiple goods with deferred deliveries, the withdrawal deadline expires on the date of delivery of the last goods ordered.
Following the withdrawal from the present contract, Techno Service S.r.l. will refund to the customer all the payments made by the same, excluding the delivery costs incurred for the return of the product by the customer, without delay and in any case within 30 days from the receipt of the products covered by the withdrawal.
These reimbursements will be made using the same payment instrument used by the customer during the purchase phase, unless the customer indicates a different method in the withdrawal form. Therefore, the amount paid by the customer will be reimbursed by debiting the credit card or by bank transfer, according to the bank details given by the customer (ABI Code – CAB – Account of the holder). For payments made by cash on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer to the current account that the customer will communicate to the Company.
The products must be returned: – correctly packed in their original packaging, not ruined, damaged or soiled and equipped with any accessories, instructions for use and documentation;
– with a transport document showing the order number, name, surname and address in order to allow Techno Service S.r.l. to identify the customer;
– without manifest signs of use, if not the ones compatible with the performance of a normal test of the article (must not bear a trace of prolonged use or exceeding the time necessary for a test and must not be in a state that does not allow the resale). If the returned product does not comply with the provisions of the previous paragraph, the withdrawal will not be effective. The costs for the goods return are charged to the customer.
The customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, features and functioning of the products.
The Company is not responsible for the damage, loss, theft and handling of the goods returned by the customer.
The right applies to the product purchased in its entirety, it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the product purchased. The shipping costs related to the return of the product are charged to the customer.
The shipment, up to the certificate of receipt in the Company’s warehouse, is under the responsibility of the customer.
In case of damage to the goods during transport, Techno Service S.r.l. will notify the customer of the event within 5 working days from receipt of the goods in their warehouses, to allow the customer to report the damage to the courier chosen by the customer and obtain the reimbursement of the value of the asset (if insured). In this case, the product will be made available to the customer for delivery to the same with consequent cancellation of the request for withdrawal. Techno Service S.r.l. is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.

By entering personal data in the registration and purchase process, the customer consents to the processing of his / her data in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003.
In any case, for more information please refer to the “Privacy” on the main page of the website www.ricambilavanderia.it, inviting the customer to consent to the processing of their data (entry “I give my consent”) and to print a copy of the filled form.
Applicable law and jurisdiction.
For any dispute that may arise regarding the interpretation, execution, modification and termination of this contract between the customer and the website www.ricambilavanderia.it, the customer accepts the jurisdiction of the Italian State and, in any case, the application of the Italian law exclusively.
The competent court is identified and agreed exclusively in the Court of the place of residence of Techno Service S.r.l., i.e in the Court of Monza. In the event that the customer holds the status of consumer, any disputes must be resolved by the Court of the place of domicile or residence of the same according to the applicable law.
